You definitely want to TAKE THE FENTANYL PATCH OFF before you go to sleep if it's making you feel like you can't stay awake. And if you're beginning the lose the ability to focus your eyes even at close range from painkillers alone... probably a bad thing, you've probably overdone it just a touch.

You'll enjoy reading about Fentanyl in the book. Many people have died due to their coke or heroin being cut with Fentanyl... it is one of the most dangerous painkillers.
